Affordable Housing Multifamily Nonprofit

Centennial Place is a 3-story and nearly 66,000 SF multifamily development with 71 units including 24 two-bedroom, 32 one-bedroom, and 15 studios. On just over one acre, the complex features a courtyard, an eco-friendly playground, community rooms, and resident lounges, all designed to foster a supportive living environment. A laundry room overlooking the playground adds convenience for families to see their children while handling household tasks. The development is distinguished by its comprehensive resident support services. The project integrates advanced sustainable features such as a full solar array, drain-water heat recovery system, and on-site drywells capable of managing 100% of the site’s stormwater. Centennial Place achieved the DJC’s Top Project of the Year award, exemplifying a holistic approach to community-centered development. As the first affordable housing project in its zip code, families with children enrolled in the Centennial School District are prioritized, ensuring that local students benefit directly from this new community asset.
