To Whom It May Concern:
Dan Colis remodeled our entire house earlier this year. He installed hardwood
floors throughout the house, he installed new kitchen cabinets, new interior
doors and a heated tile floor in the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets were in fact
made larger to accommodate a dishwasher. The only original things left were the
case around the doorbell mechanism, the bathtub, and the toilet tissue holder!
He supervised the schedules for all of the trades that were involved in the
remodel. We had new lighting installed as well as the heated tile floor that
required an electrician. We had the hot water tank moved and an Instahot
installed in the kitchen sink that required a plumber. We also had the house
painted inside and out so Dan had to schedule the painter around all the others;
of course the weather was a bit of a factor as well. We were not here for most
of the work and so had to rely on Dan to supervise the activity and to make sure
all came on on time and in good shape.
Dan will be the one we would call on for any future projects we might have. We
have a home in Westport, WA and it needs some work. Dan will be the first one we
call on when we are ready to begin that project.
